We will respond to e-mail inquiries, but will not send you e-mail advertisements unless you authorize us to do so.  There is an opt-in and opt-out process for our e-mailed Newsletters; see the Newsletter Subscription page.  These Newsletters provide updates regarding sold properties, new property listings, listing changes (e.g. price changes), open houses and other marketing news.
